These are the terms and conditions and FAQ for all our Exotics car rental

 

Payment

Are there any security deposits?

Yes, we place a pre-authorization on your credit card for 1500-5000$ (depending on the car) for any incidental damage that might occur during the rental.

Any minor damages (which are relatively inexpensive to repair) are billed to you directly on the payment card you use to make the reservation or would also be covered under a full coverage insurance policy*.

*Supplemental Damage Waivers are available as well
Are there any taxes?

No

 

All taxes are included in our pricing

Do you match competitor prices?

Yes, we offer the widest variety of exotic rentals at the lowest price guaranteed. This means we will match our competitor’s price for comparable rentals

How does it work?

Easy, Pick a car, pay for the rental, show proof of insurance and enjoy

How many miles do I get with my rental

100 per day, any mile after that is $3.00. Pre-purchasing mile bundles come with a discount

Is my reservation time frame, vehicle make/model, price, or availability guaranteed?

No.

Although we strive to maintain our 99% perfect track record for reservation accuracy, however, we rely on the previous renter to get to our location safely. Unfortunately, sometimes accidents/delays do happen, sadly, booking a rental with Miami Luxury Cars does NOT guarantee your vehicle selection, make & model, time frame, price, availability or any other detail.

We reserve the right to amend your reservation at any time, with or without notice. (But we will always do everything in our power to ensure you have the BEST POSSIBLE experience

Is there a military discount?

Yes, All US military personnel (active and retired) receive 5% off.

Thank you for serving our country!

 

What is the refund policy?

All cancellations, regardless of reason, can only receive a maximum 60% refund. We strictly adhere to this policy.

*Drivers who appear intoxicated, hangover, or unfit to drive will be allowed to transfer their rental to different, safer time slots based on availability.

Absolutely no refunds are given to impaired drivers at our full discretion. The safety of others is our top priority

Preparation

Why do the brakes squeak?

A couple of our cars use factory-stock carbon ceramic racing brakes. Carbon ceramic brakes tend to squeak very loud when cold

 

Are there any additional or hidden fees?
No, if you are over 21 and have full coverage, there are no hidden fees. We offer insurance products which are NOT mandatory and you can choose to decline/accept them.

Are there any group discounts?

Yes, please call us directly to set up a group reservation.
 

Are there any penalties for late returns?

Yes, Returning a rental late will result in penalties + proration time

Are there any speed restrictions or governors?

No. However, you are required to follow all federal and state laws and drive responsibly.

 

Are there hourly rentals?

Yes, The minimum is 4 hours

Reservation

Can I book a car for someone else?
Yes, Reservations need to match the name on the payment card, however, you can add additional drivers.

Can I book car rentals online?

Yes, Our website uses a secure and encrypted online booking
 

Can I pay with cash?

Yes, But reserving a car in advance requires full payment upfront with either a credit card, gift card, or bitcoin. You can then pay with cash at the time of pickup and we’ll refund your original payment.
 

Can a tall person fit comfortably in an exotic car?

Yes. (Up to 6’2″)

A common misconception in the exotic car world is that tall people cannot fit comfortably behind the wheel. All of our cars can fit persons as tall as 6’2″ with the exception of the Convertible Lamborghini Hurricane.

Taller than 6’2″? Try a Ferrari (they have the most legroom)!

Do I have to have a driver’s license?

Yes, However, international driver’s licenses are NOT required.

Do you accept prepaid debit cards/gift cards?
No, All payment cards must have a chip and be attached to a bank account matching the name on your rental agreement.
 

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, Although, cars are generally booked weeks in advance.
 
Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, You can purchase gift cards from our online booking system or over the phone for any amount
 

How early should I show up for my rental? minutes before your rental start time.

We recommend 20 Minutes before

How old do I have to be to rent a car?

21 +
